Join DATMA & UMass Dartmouth College of Visual and Performing Arts for an Artist Talk with Liz Collins on Tuesday, October 29th.

Liz Collins (Brooklyn, NY) is a multimedia artist known for her innovative textile work, merging art and design to explore queerness, feminism, energy, and abstraction. Her vibrant installations push fabric and materials to new limits, reflecting the interplay of social and environmental dynamics.

Concept rendering for “Being Seen: Celebrating SouthCoast Pride” June 2025 public art installation

Liz Collins and DATMA will be creating a public art piece with UMass Dartmouth CVPA students, set to premier in June 2025. All are invited to learn more about Liz’s work & get involved in the project!

 

LOCATION DETAILS:

The artist talk will take place in the Lecture room 153 in the CVPA building next to the Umass Dartmouth CVPA University Gallery.
