Summer Nights~ Vessels new location & Photo Kinetic Grid sparkles on

Meet MASARY Studios

Read the latest artist profile of MASARY Studios co-founders; designer and 3-D animator Sam Okerstrom-Lang (a.k.a. Samo) and installation artist Ryan Edwards written by art reporter, Don Wilkinson.

See their piece, Vessels, at the location now located on the facade of Webster Bank from now until August 1st. The artwork is ideally seen from Dunkin’ Donuts located 231 Union St, New Bedford, MA 02740. Another great vantage point for the artwork is from the sidewalk at Cottage Antiques located 242 Union Street. The projection can be seen and heard nightly from 8:30pm – midnight.

If you missed the first two viewing locations, here’s a preview of the artwork on site.

  • Vessels at Cuffe Park along Union Street (no longer on view)
  • Vessels at the Keystone Property along Union Street (no longer on view)

Thanks to the crew who artfully put these videos together; MASARY Studios, Rob Eckel, and Aram Boghosian.

Just down the block from the new Vessels location is another exhibition titled, Photo Kinetic Grid, located at the corner of Union and Purchase Street. See both from your car, bike, or by foot.
